In Crystal Angels & Ascended Masters, you can experience all this and more. This ongoing class will accelerate your learning and deepen your connection with angels and ascended masters, as well as help you learn how to work with your other spirit allies.

 

We are at an exciting time in our lives on this planet. Well on our way to the next Golden Age (expected to be in full swing by the year 2032), we have all begun experiencing the effects of the transition into 5th dimensional frequencies. Some are feeling it more than others; however, we are all in the throes of the transformation, whether or not we feel it or know it.

 

Illumined beings from all over the multiverse are joining in to assist us in our ascension process. As crazy as it may sound, we are being aided by angels, archangels, ascended masters, unicorns, dragons, elementals, and galactic beings, as well as our ancestors and loved ones who have already crossed over. All want to be a part of this magnificent transformation that is taking place on Planet Earth.

 

In addition to the spiritual beings who are working with us, the allies that are here with us on Planet Earth are stepping up to help. Wild and domestic animals, plants, trees, mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans, crystals, and more … all of the elemental forces are giving us messages and bringing us lessons to hasten our ascension into 5D.

 

Whether you’re well on your path to ascension or new to this whole process, you will benefit from this exciting adventure of discovery, enlightenment, and mastery.

 

Class Details

Each month's class is a stand-alone class. You may tune in for one or all. There are a couple of ways to access the class:

1. Register ahead of time - If you register ahead of time, I will send you a class reminder via email with the Zoom link.

2. Go to the Peace Room Boise Facebook page - I'll post the Zoom link on this page a few days before the class. 

 

In this practical, experiential journey, each month you will receive:

• A live, online Zoom class of instruction (~1.5 hour each)

• Deepening practices (aka “homework”) to expand your experiences outside of class

• Audio files (mp3 format) and written scripts of meditations/visualizations/experiences

• Dedicated, closed FB group to discuss experiences, ask questions, and interact with other students (You will have to "friend" me on FB so that I can send you an invitation to the group.)

If you have your crystal grid from 2021, you may continue to use it. Or, if you don't have one, you may make your own. It is not necessary that you use a crystal grid, but we will refer to it throughout the year. I will be happy to make recommendations on where/how you may construct your own grid, but feel free to use your creativity and intuition to make your own grid.

For 2022, we will not list the schedule of which angels and archangels we will be working with because they will introduce themselves to me as we go along. Each month I will update the calendar above so that you may refer to your notes throughout the year.

Working with Crystal Energy: TBA

​

This 4-part online series is excellent for those who are curious about how crystals can help you in your everyday life. In this class we explore and learn how you can interact with the divine energy of the mineral kingdom. The class provides basic knowledge on crystals and gives you a strong foundation that you can carry with you on your journey as you interact with crystals for your own health and well-being.

​

Each 3-hour class will include instruction, hands-on practice, and a guided crystal meditation.

​

Week 1:   Connecting with Crystal Earth Energy

Connecting with crystals is the first step to understanding how to work with their energy.

 

In this session, you will

• choose crystals that resonate with you

• clean, dedicate, and program crystals

• understand the basics of crystal structure

• work with crystal colors, types, and shapes

​

Week 2:   Using Crystals with the Chakras and Your Aura

Chakras are the energy centers in your body. Your aura is the energy field that surrounds                         your body. 

​

In this session, you will

• identify and connect with your 7 main chakras as well as your minor chakras

• identify and work with the levels of your aura

• detect imbalances in your chakras and your aura

• choose crystals to align and balance your chakras and aura

​

Week 3:   Using Crystals for Centering, Grounding, Clearing, and Protection

Keeping your energy field clear is essential to working in partnership with your crystals. 

​

In this session, you will

• participate in meditations for centering and grounding yourself

• practice working with various cleansing techniques

• practice different protection methods with a variety of crystals

• go on a crystal journey to connect with your personal crystal

​

Week 4:   Creating Crystal Grids

A crystal grid is an arrangement of crystals on a specific geometric shape that focuses the Universal Life Force in a particular way for a particular purpose.

​

In this session, you will

• determine why and when you might use a crystal grid

• understand the principles of how to construct a crystal grid

• learn the purpose of the various stones in a crystal grid

• create your own crystal grid

• activate your crystal grid

Metaphysical Kids - TBA

​

This is a live, hands-on class. 

​

In our current world of computers, video games, and other distractions, kids need to learn how to be mindful in their daily activities. This class is designed to slow things down a little and introduce kids to the principles and practices of mindfulness. Why not start them early to be strong, independent, and confident?

 

Based on a year of practicing with our own grandkids, we have compiled the most beneficial, effective, and fun activities and lessons to share with you. These activities are both fun and appropriate for ages 5 to 105!

Some of the things you'll learn to do with the kids in your life include

​

• acknowledge and manage their emotions, especially in challenging situations

• practice empathy, kindness, patience, self-acceptance, and connectedness 

• expand awareness of their body by practicing breathing techniques

• teach them meditation practices on a level that's appropriate for them

• teach them visualization techniques

• teach them how to create their own affirmations

• teach them how to ground themselves

This class is for parents, grandparents, teachers, babysitters - basically anyone who is involved with kids in any way.
