In this 4-month (one meeting per month for 4 months), you will explore: January 27: Foundations of Emotional Clearing - Foundations of Emotional Clearing - Definition of emotional clearing; unresolved/trapped emotions - Emotional Suppression - What this looks like in real life; emotional invalidation and self-disqualification; resistance v non-resistance - The Healing Paradox - Feeling v thinking; being v doing; feminine allowing v masculine fixing Feb 24: The Emotional Clearing Process - The 5 Conditions of Emotional Clearing - Unconditional presence; alpha; witness; non-resistance; release - Feeling as the Feminine Healing Function - Feeling without fixing; doing, analyzing, solving Mar 24: The Witnessing State, Emotional Intelligence, and Trauma - The Witness - The witness as a doorway to neutrality; "I feel this" rather than "I AM this." - Conscious State Awareness - Alpha state; reduced thinking/increased feeling Triggers as Emotional Activators - Triggers are portals, not problems; triggers as healing opportunities - Emotional Levels Framework - Reactive impulses; first-level emotions; core wounds - Body-based Intelligence - Common emotional storage locations; chakra correlations; nervous system signals Apr 28: Integration, Tools, & Practice for Continued Clearing - Emotional Clearing as Daily Integration - How to recognize activation in real time; to to pause and sit with wave movement - Tools Supporting Authentic Clearing - Breath immersion; body awareness; journaling; non-judgment observing Monthly Zoom Check-in Dates: Feb 17, Mar 17, Apr 21 When you register, you are signing up for all for sessions in the series as well as the monthly Zoom calls. Registration fee for the series is $445 with a $200 deposit when you register. The balance is due before the class starts. You may pay via Paypal when you register or via Venmo to @jenny-stinson-2.
